Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method. Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- United States: 7-20 business days
- European Union: 7-20 business days
- Rest of World: 10-25 business days
Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Tracking information will be provided via email once available.
International Shipping
For orders shipped to the European Union, United States, or other international destinations:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.
- Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If applicable, we’ll contact you to provide an alternative address.
Damages or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@furvix.com if the item is defective, damaged, or missing, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. For lost shipments, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate, but claims must be reported within 60 days of the shipping date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Note that tracking may take 2-5 days to update, especially for international orders. If you don’t receive tracking or have issues, contact us at support@furvix.com.
